Oh, how I love Fridays
Okay, I have to admit that I really don't know what to say in this, my first entry, but since good ol' Elizabeth has been hounding me to do my first post...here goes...
Fridays have always been great days, but I think I have come to cherish them even more as a high school teacher. I especially love Fridays when most of my students are off somewhere else participating in their "extracurricular" activities, whatever they might be. Today is such a day. So, instead of contintuing to learn the French language we are watching Ever After, which happens to be set in France, justifying the movie...maybe a bit, and next hour I will probably hear the whines to postpone the Julius Caesar test. I'm feeling generous today because tonight's festivities have me in good spirits, so I might oblige their request. Six hours until the "chocolate filet". A delicacy to which I have become addicted.
